We found an Indian restaurant to go to for dinner! Yay!

Friday 28th July, 2006

After a long week of work, I decided to stay back home and do things like laundry, update blog, ironing, expenses etc.

Saturday 29th July, 2006

For the first time since I have arrived in Dublin, the weather was cloudy and it drizzled a little! I quite liked it... :-)

We had made plans to go to the Irish National Heritage Park. We went to the ‘Busarus,’ the central bus station, and found out that the first bus had left very early in the morning and the next bus would take a very long time to get to the park. We decided to keep the trip for later and went to spend time at O’ Connell Street!

We also went and got ourselves tickets for Riverdance for the coming Thursday. I am looking forward to that very very very much!!

For lunch, we found yet another very good Indian restaurant! I also had lassi with my lunch :-) Posted by Picasa

Monday 24th and 25th July, 2006

Monday 24th July, 2006

After work I went to the city to meet Lindsay, Supriya’s dost.

Tuesday 25th July, 2006

We went to watch a movie at a theatre on O’ Connell Street. O’ Connell street is like the mount road of Chennai, only smaller. Posted by Picasa

Graystones and Bray

The plan was to get to Bray early in the morning for breakfast. We got there, and found that there were no eat outs open till 12! So, we waited, ate and started our walk to Graystones. There are two routes to Graystones – one is around the hill and the other is over the hill. We chose to go over the hill.. Such a lovely walk! Tiring, but completely worth it!

We even lost our way on the way back, but reached Graystones finally for a lovely Italian lunch. After lunch and ice cream, we got on the DART and made our way back to the city. Posted by Picasa
